The family of the late Lynn would like to thank all family, friends and neighbours for all support and kind thoughts, cards and messages shown to them during their loss on 20th February 2007. Thanks also to John and Simon, Lynn's Managers, Karen and Debbie, all Lynn's friends and colleagues for all their support and kindness through all Lynn's illness. Special thanks to Dr Ross, Kate District Nurse, colleagues and staff at St. Anthony's Medical Centre for their special care and friendship, Dr. Gardiner, Oncologist at RVI, also colleagues and nursing staff at our special hospitals RVI, General and Freeman, Social Services and to MacMillan Nurses. I truly thank all for your support and dedication. Thanks also to Dionne for all her support and kindness, her lovely eulogy to Lynn and ongoing support. Very special thanks to Dawn for carrying out Lynn's last wishes and to her husband Ant for their support.
